Meet Tim

Timothy S. Hillebrand, Ph.D.

Timothy S. Hillebrand, Ph.D.

I’ve led a checkered past. Born in Santa Barbara, California, I’m a 9th generation Californian, and my kids are tenth generation. I went through school in Santa Barbara from nursery school in Montecito to Ph.D. at UCSB, so I guess you could say I was a real local yokel.

I became the director of the Santa Barbara Historical Society, taught at Occidental College in Los Angeles, became the V.P. of a film company, founded Unitrex, and retired at 45.

After traveling to over 100 countries, I decided to move to Idaho to get away from the turmoil of Southern California. I built a Japanese garden and created another multi-million dollar enterprise working from home on my computer.

I have many interests to keep me occupied such as serving on boards and helping non-profit organizations with fundraising (see my blog on Non-Profit Fundraising.

Intrigued with digital technology and gadgets, I have published hundreds of articles on the subject, which you may wish to check out by Googling Tim Hillebrand.

I enjoy travel, bird watching, walking every day, visiting grandchildren, writing, working in my Japanese Garden, and riding my recumbent bike.

With the recent economic turn-down, I glumly watched my assets diminish and my cash flow ebb. It was time to do something about it. I set out to find another perfect business that is highly leveraged, mega-profitable, completely automated (I’m getting kinda lazy), and possible to run from home or anywhere in the world.

This time around, I wanted to share the wealth with others. That’s why I formed Wealth Actualization. If your finances are in the doldrums, and you would like a chance to make your dreams come true, you owe it to yourself to visit my new Wealth Actualization site.

Maybe you would like to join this grizzled veteran on an expedition into cyberspace to a site with a profound depth of deposits containing untold treasures waiting to be excavated by those who have the proper tools. If so, just go to the Wealth Actualization site.
